We build Ulka ERP, one system for small and medium businesses to run sales, operations, finance and people in a single connected place, with Saudi e-invoicing compliance built into the core.
Most small and medium businesses do not run on one system. They run on a patchwork: one tool handles invoicing, another tracks stock, a spreadsheet keeps the books, and a chat thread holds the decisions. Each tool is fine on its own, but the seams between them are where the work piles up. Someone re-keys the same order three times. The stock count never quite matches the sales report. By the time a problem is visible in the numbers, it has usually already cost money.
That overhead is invisible but expensive. It is the hour spent reconciling two systems that should agree, the late night closing the books by hand, the decision made on a number that turned out to be a week old. For a small team, that time is the scarcest thing there is. Ulka exists to give it back.
Ulka ERP is a single connected system that replaces that patchwork. A sale reduces stock, posts to the ledger and appears in your reports automatically, with no re-entry and nothing to reconcile. Because every part of the business shares the same data, the numbers you see are the numbers, not one system’s version of them.
It covers the full operation, and you turn on only what you need. Each module is built to work with the others out of the box, so adding one later does not mean stitching in another tool.
In Saudi Arabia an invoice that has not been cleared is not a valid invoice. That single rule decides which software a business can actually use, which is why ZATCA Phase 2 sits in the core of Ulka rather than bolted onto the side. Clearance for standard invoices, reporting for simplified ones, the QR code, the cryptographic stamp and the hash chain are all part of issuing a sale, not a separate task someone has to remember.
Building it inward has a second effect. Because the invoice already lives in the system that holds your stock, your ledger and your customers, compliance costs you nothing in duplicate entry. Most businesses meet Phase 2 by paying for a second tool and reconciling two sets of numbers. We think that is the wrong trade, and avoiding it is the clearest argument we can make.
A few principles guide every decision we make about the product.
Every module shares the same data, so a single action updates everything downstream. No re-keying, no reconciling separate tools.
Clearance, reporting, the QR code and the hash chain happen inside the sale you were already making, so meeting Phase 2 costs you no duplicate entry and no second vendor.
We describe only what the product does today. No invented statistics, no features that do not exist, no surprise charges.
Turn on the modules you need now and add more as you grow. The system scales from a single owner to a multi-branch operation.
No two businesses sell the same way, so Ulka adapts to yours. Product businesses get inventory, purchasing, warehouses, batch and serial tracking and reordering, so stock and cost stay accurate as they buy and sell. Service businesses get quotations, invoicing, recurring billing and a full CRM, without carrying inventory they do not need. Hybrid businesses sell both from one catalog and one clean sales flow. The setup fits your business from the first day rather than forcing your business to fit the software.
Your business data is yours. Ulka is built as multi-tenant software from the ground up, so separation and access control are part of the architecture rather than an afterthought.
Every organization’s data is separated at the tenant level, so businesses never see one another’s data.
Granular permissions decide exactly who can view and act on each part of the system.
Changes to your organization’s settings are recorded with the actor, the old value and the new one, so a configuration change can always be traced back.
Every request is validated and scoped to your active organization on the server, not just in the browser.
Ulka is designed for use across borders. It supports multiple currencies and languages, right-to-left layouts, and regional date and number formats, and it applies country-specific invoicing and compliance automatically based on how your organization is configured. You can run more than one organization or branch under a single account, each with its own settings, so a business operating in several markets stays organized without running several disconnected copies of everything.
Our goal is simple to say and hard to earn: give growing businesses the kind of unified, intelligent operating system that used to be reserved for large enterprises, at a price and a level of simplicity a small team can actually adopt. We would rather ship fewer things that work than many things that impress in a demo, and we would rather earn trust with honest software than with marketing claims.
Ulka is early, and we are building it in the open with the businesses that join us first. That is why the first 100 to come aboard get three months free on the full platform: their real use, in real operations, is what shapes what we build next.
