Prices exclude 15% VAT, which is added to your invoice.
By bank transfer, while card payments are being set up. Choose a plan in the app and we email you an invoice with the amount, the tax and a reference to quote. When the transfer arrives we activate your plan and confirm by email, usually the same working day. Nothing renews by itself.
If a free or paid period ends before you decide, your account becomes read-only rather than closed. Every screen, report and export keeps working. You simply cannot add new entries until you continue. Nothing is deleted, and you can take your data with you at any time.
